About This Client

Bubstuff is an Australian-based eCommerce store that approached us to undergo a full digital transformation of their brand and website design, to help their improve their online presence and solidify their brand identity in the baby products market.

The Challenge

Bubstuff Australia needed a complete rebrand of their store. Despite Bubstuff being an already well established eCommerce store, featuring a diverse catalog of over 1,000 products, their brand identity and website lacked the visual appeal needed to make a lasting impression with their customers.


They approached us with a clear goal in mind: a complete transformation of their online presence. Our mission was to not only enhance the visual appeal but also ensure effortless navigation for their customers. But here's the catch: their store was already buzzing with daily sales, so we had to keep the behind-the-scenes stuff intact. The front-end, on the other hand, needed a total facelift.


We started the digital transformation journey with these objectives in mind:


  • Create a design that has a solid visual identity and tells a story through it's brand.
  • Increasing their website retention, sales, and product visibility.
  • Crafting a design that's not only aesthetically pleasing but also mobile-responsive.

The Solution

For Bubstuff's visual identity, we decided to go for softer colours while also using their original orange brand colour as accents within the website creating a welcoming feel to the website tailored to the potential customers that they'll have.


To help with navigation through the website, we've implemented features within the store that will help customers find the products they need and increase Bubstuff's sales and customer rentention, the following features were essential for the build:


  • Displaying product collections in the homepage - to allow customers to find the right product for them.
  • Implementing a quick "Add to Cart" button under every product so the customer never has the leave the page when purchasing.
  • Creating a "complimentary products" section on the product pages to increase product visibility and help the customers find what other products is recommended to go along with their purchase.
  • Showing sub-collections on collection pages in order for customers to further narrow down the types of products that can be purchased at Bubstuff

The Outcome

We were able to build a website for Bubstuff that was cohesive, true to the brand and responsive. With the new redesign, we achieved:


  • Improved customer experience: The build was designed with the customer in mind, we want to ensure that the customer can easily swipe through products and collections with the carousels, and make quick purchases with the 'Add to Cart' feature without breaking their flow of navigation.
  • Improving product visibility: Products and collections are shown straight away on the homepage to give the customer an idea of the types of products available at Bubstuff.
  • Increased brand identity and awareness: The new design allowed Bubstuff to solidify their brand identity and increase their brand awareness. This resulted in more traffic to their website and an increase in product sales.
